People often ask us what makes our donuts taste so much better than others they have had?
I have no big secret to share with you. It really comes down to the simple philosophy of make a great product and they will not only come back but they will tell their friends as well.
I know I really did not answer the question the way you were thinking. That philosophy is where it has to start though. Because of that philosophy we are willing to spend more money on better ingredients and fillings for our donuts. Then again because of that same philosophy we take extra time to make those donuts right. We do not skimp or take the easy faster way of doing things. The dough is made fresh every night (never frozen) and every donut is made every night.
We do not sell day olds or save any donuts from the day before. We have a Donut Happy Hour the last two hours we are open in the evening where you can get BOGO on all donuts. After that they are boxed up and sent to shelters the next morning.
So there it is the big Sandy’s Secret. We call it Donut Love.
